Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of your order being placed.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet.
If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our return policy is effective for 14 days from the time your order is delivered.
Please refer to our returns & refunds policy for more information on how to initiate the returns process.

What types of Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Paypal, and credit cards like American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Visa, Venmo and Mastercard.

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.


What are your shipping options?

Why I can't use the discount code?

Due to the system limitation, please note that the discount codes can't be combined at checkout.

ekax provides special offers like bundle sales, volume discounts, complimentary gift, etc. Please choose the code that best fits your purchase. 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit. Please contact us at ekax@ekaxdesign.com

I am missing items from my order

Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.
We fully guarantee and ensure that your package will arrive; if you find that your package has NOT arrived as per the timeline outlined on our Shipping FAQ page, please contact us at ekax@ekaxdesign.com and we’ll get you sorted!

Tax and duties

ekax don’t charge any tax. As for the import duties, it may be incurred in some countries, and the buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for the taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
