What countries do you ship to?
ekax is committed to bringing our products to everyone. We deliver to most countries in the world with reliable international and domestic couriers to ensure that your package gets to you safe and on time.
Due to the impact of pandemic, some countries are temporary unable to ship to with our courier's delivery service.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping: USD$5-10
Express shipping: USD$25-35
We offer customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking on orders over USD$35. (Subject to the total amount with discount applied if shopping discount is applicable) We want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.
Some countries only provide express shipping: Australia, Canada, Norway, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Czechia, Belgium and Poland. We also provide free shipping orders over USD$35.
For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Normally, shipping takes 10-14 days to process. Due to Covid, some countries may encounter unexpected delay for international shipping. Some countries in Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America might take up 15-25 business days. We would appreciate your understanding and patience in advance.
Some countries only provide express shipping. The cost is USD$25-35. Australia, Canada, Norway, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Czechia, Belgium and Poland. We also provide free shipping orders over USD$35.
Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Why I only received part of my order?
Some orders could be sent separately depending on the number of items and their total weight included. In this case, there could be a possibility that your packages would arrive at different times. If the second package didn't arrive 1-2 days after the receipt of first one, please contact us at ekax@ekaxdesign.com, and we will work with you to solve the problem.
Tax and duties
ekax don’t charge any tax. As for the import duties, it may be incurred in some countries, and the buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for the taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
Unexpected delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
